Vitalii Volyar is the founder of VOLYAR X. He is the sole author of the project's codebase and holds final approval authority over every architectural and product decision in the VOLYAR X governance hierarchy.
Responsibilities
Product vision
Defines what VOLYAR X is for, what it will and will not do, and the sequencing of the roadmap from scanner to platform to a full operating environment.
System architecture
Owns the architecture of the VOLYAR X codebase — the scanner core, the analytics layer, and the AI decision-support subsystems built alongside it — and decides what belongs in the current release versus later stages.
Engineering leadership
Sets engineering standards for the project: stability-first change discipline, mandatory backups and rollback plans, and approval gates on anything touching signal logic, ROI, or live runtime data.
Long-term development strategy
Directs the multi-stage roadmap — from the production line-movement scanner running today, through the current stabilization phase, toward the next generation of AI-assisted decision support.
