Decisions under uncertainty, built to explain themselves.
A production sports-market scanner today. A system designed to quantify edge, risk, and confidence — and always show its reasoning — over the long term.
Eleven documented subsystems. One architecture.
VOLYAR X is not a single model — it is a layered, documented architecture. Select any node below for its documented role, status, and connections. Structure and status match the full breakdown on the Technology page.
VOLYAR Scanner Operational core — live production scanner Implemented
Provider abstraction, signal detection & alerting, desktop UI, and remote panel. Live, in active production use.
Intelligence & Analytics Layer Isolated, read-only analytics Implemented
Market memory, historical baseline analysis, and market/execution/CLV intelligence. Isolated, read-only audit layer — it does not modify the scanner's live operational files.
Decision Core — Advisory Pipeline Five-stage advisory pipeline Implemented
Assembles a structured, inspectable decision record through five documented stages. Advisory only — nothing in the live scanner or its scan loop currently calls it.
ContextEvidence intake
Assembles the evidence and correlated inputs a decision will be based on.
EvidenceAssessment
Assesses confidence, quality, risk, and uncertainty from that context.
SafetyGate checks
Applies gate checks and determines readiness and any blockers.
ExplanationHuman-readable
Builds a human-readable account of the reasoning and evidence involved.
EngineOrchestration
Mechanically assembles the prior stages' outputs into one final, inspectable decision record — it does not compute any label, gate outcome, or explanation text itself.
TESKA — Foundation Modules Isolated, unwired foundation layer Implemented
Governance & safety evaluation, reasoning & deliberation, decision provenance & memory, and post-decision review. Isolated and unwired — no production authority today.
Replay & Validation Harness Deterministic offline replay Implemented
Feeds historical or synthetic market data through the real scanner decision code offline, producing an inspectable record of every decision it would have made.
VOLYAR OS Future domain-general decision OS Planned direction
The documented future direction the platform is intended to grow into. Does not exist as software today.
Watch VOLYAR X think
An illustrative architecture walkthrough of the documented advisory pipeline described on the Technology page — not a live production inference, and not connected to the live scanner.
-
Incoming data
A market signal enters the pipeline from the provider-normalization layer.
-
Intelligence & Analytics
Market memory and historical baseline context are assembled from the isolated analytics layer.
-
Context
The Decision Core assembles the evidence and correlated inputs the decision will be based on.
-
Evidence
Confidence, quality, risk, and uncertainty are assessed from that context.
-
Safety
Gate checks are applied and readiness or blockers are determined.
-
Explanation
A human-readable account of the reasoning and evidence involved is built.
-
Engine
The prior stages' outputs are mechanically assembled into one final, inspectable decision record.
-
Advisory output
A structured, inspectable decision record is produced. It is advisory only — no component executes it automatically.
-
Replay & Validation
The same documented harness can replay this sequence deterministically offline for inspection.
Walkthrough complete. In the documented pipeline, this record is advisory only and would be available for offline review through Replay & Validation — nothing here executed a real decision or touched the live scanner.
Decision-making is fragmented
Across sports, data, AI, and automation, the pieces of a good decision rarely live in one place — or in a form a person can actually inspect.
Sports
Betting markets move fast, and meaningful signal is buried in noise — most movement is watched, not understood.
Data
Historical context, live odds, and outcome data usually live in separate places, rarely reconciled into one coherent picture.
AI
AI systems are often trusted with decisions they can't yet explain — or ignored entirely because they can't be verified.
Knowledge
What a system learned yesterday rarely makes it into today's decision in a form a human can inspect and trust.
Automation
Automation tends to be all-or-nothing: either a person does everything by hand, or a black box decides alone.
A decision intelligence platform
VOLYAR X brings market signal, historical context, and AI-assisted reasoning into one place — without ever taking the decision out of human hands.
Unified intelligence
A live scanner, an analytics layer, and an advisory decision core work from the same underlying data, instead of three disconnected tools.
Reliable evidence
Claims are labeled by their evidentiary status — fact, estimate, assumption, or unknown — so confidence is never manufactured.
AI reasoning
An advisory decision core and a bounded reasoning layer assist judgment — they inform a decision, they do not make it.
Human oversight
No component grants itself authority. Every material decision remains reviewable, and the Founder decides.

Actively developed, transparently staged
VOLYAR X is in a stabilization phase: the priority is reliability and regression discipline in what's already live, not new feature expansion. Every stage below is either shipped or clearly marked as a planned direction — never both at once.

Planned direction
What governs how VOLYAR X is built
Accuracy
Truthfulness and domain correctness are held above every other engineering priority, including speed and polish.
Evidence
Confidence in any output is proportional to the evidence behind it — incomplete evidence means downgraded certainty, not a confident guess.
Transparency
The system prefers a transparent "we don't know yet" to a confident guess, and material decisions can be inspected after the fact.
Modularity
New capability is added through clear, replaceable modules — never by rewriting the stable core underneath it.
Long-term thinking
Architecture decisions are made expecting today's code to be inherited and understood by tomorrow's engineers, not just to work today.
Human control
No component — automated or AI-assisted — may grant itself authority it wasn't explicitly given. The Founder decides.
Continuous improvement
The system grows only through demonstrated, reviewed steps — proven improvements, earned one at a time, not assumed ones.
